Congratulations must go the HR Excellence Award finalists: Ms NC Duba and Mr SP Malinda and the winner, Ms CL Marthinus.

Ms Marthinus will represent VUT at the national competition to be held next week at Quest Conference Centre.

The criteria used to identify the finalists and eventual winner were academic performance, leadership, community engagement and presentation skills.

All finalists were subjected to an interview by a panel of academics to determine their assertiveness and knowledge of different subject fields. The competition aims to promote excellence amongst students and to give recognition to exceptional students.
