Kidnapping is \u201csnatching\u201d or \u201ctaking furtively and illicitly that which is not your own\u201d.<\/p><p>Applied to intellectual property, it is the appropriation of another\u2019s work without proper acknowledgement.<\/p><p><strong>Plagiarism Definition<\/strong>:\u00a0 is the act of taking words, ideas and thoughts of others and passing them off as your own.
