The Vaal University of Technology (VUT) proudly marks the promotion of Dr Ramadile Moletsane to Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Sciences within the Faculty of Applied and Computer Sciences. Over time, his academic profile has expanded to integrate research productivity, postgraduate supervision, curriculum innovation, and institutional service. His progression has been shaped by consistent international research dissemination, increasing mentorship responsibilities, and leadership contributions through committee work and acting departmental roles. Strong student throughput rates and research-informed teaching further demonstrate impact beyond publication metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Moletsane\u2019s research is positioned at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital inclusion, and environmental sustainability, with a distinct focus on African contexts. His work explores how emerging technologies can be responsibly embedded in education, governance, and community development, while addressing ethical and policy dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
