Rather than being a distraction, it became a powerful tool for mental well-being and focus. \u201cAfter classes, I would go for training to shift my mind,\u201d he explained. \u201cIt helped me manage anxiety and stay focused on my academics.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Mr Masizole, sport was more than just physical activity; it was a form of stress relief and personal development. It provided structure, discipline, and emotional balance, all of which contributed positively to his academic performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, his ambitions remain firmly rooted in academia. He is determined to continue his studies and pursue postgraduate qualifications, with his sights set on attaining a PhD.
