Students host a student career expo

On 1 August, Activator Mordecai Ndlovu and Mr Molepo, a teacher, joined hands to organise the first Tembisa Student Career ICT Expo held in Mayibuye Section, Tembisa.
The programme hosted supporting institutions including Jeppe College, Vaal University of Technology, Wits, University of Venda, UNISA, African Leadership Academy and the Entrepreneurship Institute.
Supporting organisations included National Department of Basic Education, Progressive Blacks in Information Technology, Tembisa Youth ICT Chamber and The President Awards for youth empowerment.
The Representative Council of Learners President Thabiso and YPIBI Student Ambassador also organised the executive team to be part of the programme.
Mr Molepo also did the closing remarks to thank all partners and also to urge the youth to take the opportunities and resources displayed to better their lives.
