Paper submission Information
Original contributions from researchers describing their original, unpublished, research contribution which is not currently under review by another conference or journal and addressing state-of-the-art research are invited to share their work in all areas of Information and Communication Technologies and its applications in field of engineering and management but not limited to the conference tracks.
Authors Instructions
• Authors are kindly invited to submit their formatted full papers including results, tables, figures and references through: imitec2024submission@gmail.com
• Every submitted manuscript must be 8 pages in length and must adhere to IEEE format. However, any paper in excess of 8 pages (including title, names of
authors, abstract, text, figures, tables, appendices, references, and authors’ biographies) will be subject to mandatory overlength page charges of $150 or
equivalent.
• Author details (names, email addresses and institutions) must be removed during submission for double blind review process.
• All submitted papers must be in .pdf format (We suggest using the pdf express). Only accepted papers will be required in .doc format (word).
• Authors of accepted papers will be required to complete and submit the IEEE
copyright forms.

Review Process
Peer review is vital to the quality of published research. Your submitted article will be subjected to blind review by at least two independent reviewers. Feedback
from the peer reviewers will contribute to the editor and the technical committee’s decision on whether to accept or reject your article for publication. For detailed
