Students Christmas Made Beautiful By President Hyper
Understanding and knowing how it feels attending class on an empty stomach has led to Kediemetse Mokotsi VUT’s Director Marketing and Public Relations to look for ways to assist VUT students who are less privileged. As a result, on 6 December, President Hyper gave away 200 hampers worth R24 000 of Christmas goodies to the under privileged students of VUT.
Ms Mokotsi thanked President Hyper for their outreach programme, stating that there is another R25 000 in grocery vouchers received from President Hyper, which she will give away to students next year.
President Hyper has helped and continues to help many alkaline water Vanderbijlpark companies, individuals and schools. “We receive sponsorships requests all the time and make sure that we follow up on them. Delivering whatever it is that was requested, in a form of hampers or vouchers,’’ said Vicky Basson: General Manager at President Hyper.
The students were happy to receive the hampers and thanked Ms Mokotsi and President Hyper for making their years at VUT worthwhile despite the challenges they have to live with. They are now looking forward to spending a blessed Christmas with their families, they said.
