SUBMIT ABSTRACT

The conference proceedings will be published as part of the official conference outputs.

Submission of Abstracts for Papers and Posters:

  • Abstract submissions of between 250 and 300 words should be submitted on or before 5th August 2026. Kindly note that all submissions should be in accordance with the theme and sub-themes of the conference.

Submission Categories

Authors may submit under the following categories:
  • Oral Paper Presentation
  • Poster Presentation

Please ensure you select the correct category during submission.

What to Include in Your Abstract

Authors may submit under the following categories:

  • Clearly state the purpose or problem
  • Outline the methodology or approach
  • Highlight the key findings or expected outcomes
  • Indicate the relevance to the conference theme
  • Include 3–5 keywords

Poster Presentation Guidelines

If your abstract is accepted for a poster presentation, the following guidelines will apply:

Poster Specifications

  • Size: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm), portrait orientation
  • Format: High-resolution PDF
  • Language: English
  • Layout: Clear, visually engaging, and readable from a distance
  • Recommended structure:
    • Title and author details
    • Introduction/background
    • Objectives
    • Methodology
    • Key findings/results
    • Conclusion/implications
    • References (if applicable)
    • Institutional logos (optional)

How to Submit

All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the conference submission portal.

Submission steps:

  1. Prepare your abstract (250–300 words) in MS Word.
  2. Ensure alignment with the conference theme/sub-themes.
  3. Select your preferred presentation category (paper or poster).
  4. Upload your abstract via the submission link.
  5. Receive confirmation of submission via email.
