The core function of OD Unit within VUT context and also in line with VUT’s People Strategy 2033+ is to deal with planned, systematic, and long-range interventions to improve the effectiveness of the University. This is to ensure that these interventions enhance organizational performance by aligning people, processes, systems and culture in order to ensure that the University achieve its strategic goals.
