The 2nd International Conference on Futuristic Materials for Sustainable Development Goals (FMSDG) is the second international conference scheduled to be held at the Vaal University of Technology, South Africa, in collaboration with Chandigarh University, India in April 2025. The conference is structured around a thematic focus on exploring, developing, and applying advanced and innovative materials. Its purpose is to delve into ideas related to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The conference seeks to unite distinguished national and international scientists from universities, research institutions, and industries on a single platform to exchange knowledge and showcase their research in the conference’s thematic areas. By fostering collaborative interdisciplinary research, the conference offers a forum for core and related branches of chemistry to discuss and disseminate the latest advancements, innovations, and trends. It also seeks to inspire research scholars, academicians, and scientists involved in these areas. With significant participation expected from South African and international delegates, FMSDG is anticipated to be a landmark event.

The conference will feature parallel oral presentations and poster sessions delivered by both national and international speakers. The scientific program will include plenary and keynote speakers. Researchers in the field of material sciences from academia, research institutions, industry, regulatory bodies, and government agencies are encouraged to submit abstracts and participate in the conference.

The conference will cover a broad range of thematic areas, including but not limited to:

Themes

Environmental Chemistry and Catalyst

Advanced materials for biomedical applications and biosensors

Nano materials and nanocomposites

Electronic and optical materials

Polymetric Materials and Phytochemistry

Corrosion and ElectroChemistry

Biofuels/Renewable Energies

Advacanced functional Matrial for Energegy Application
